Life & Little Things...Summers End

I can't believe Summer is coming to an end! It's been a good, busy but fun one. Back to school prep is in full effect. I thought I was going to have tons of time to blog this Summer but I spent it all working, keeping the kids entertained, home improvement projects and any down time I can find reading...Lots of reading! :)

Relaxing around bon fires, tending to our little garden that is filled with lots of flowers and little critters...

excited about harvesting my herbs...

celebrating little (not so little) boys birthdays...

watching our sunflowers, succulents collection and other plants and flowers transform daily...

working away on new creations in the studio...playing around with some fall tones...

Celebrating with friends...

Sweetgirl is officially on the road in her own set of wheels! 

Needless to say, it's been a fun, exciting, whirlwind of a summer...

We all seem to be getting ourselves physically and mentally prepared to go back to school next week and back to routine. All the while feeling a little astonished that we now have a HS senior, a 7th grader, a 6th grader and a 1st grader heading into a new school year :) 

High five-ing each other a bit that next week the house will be empty, clean and quiet during the day at least lol!
