Show & Tell!

Two posts in one day! As promised I have lot's to show n tell today so pour yourself a cup of tea and cozy up because I have lot's of pictures of some wonderful trinkets. My cousin Rosa gave me this awesome antiqued birds and nest pendant so I've been brainstorming what I want to do with it. I love the kitchy vintage like feel of it. It definitly needs some eggs in that nest. I can't wait to see what she creates with hers.
Here's what my latest stash looks like. I don't know what to work on first, so many ideas and things to make!
Another custom order. I LOVE green and this piece is seriously gorgeous. Matching earrings not shown but just as yummy.
BIG wood earrings. Very eye catching, Boho and light weight.

I love this pin/pendant. It has stunning detail 14k white gold. The picture can be switched out like a miniature picture frame from the backside but I just can't do it. The portrait is gorgeous and it definitly looks like that's were she belongs. I will not be parting with this one:)
This is another great vintage find that will be a keeper. I've already begun embelishing it and altering it up a bit and I have several more bits to add to it and the chain before it'll be ready to wear.
I epoxied a vintage coin on the backside. I see a new vintage line in the works don't you? ;) Altered vintage lockets and more timepieces coming soon...

Noah's remodeled "Big Boy" room will be just about done this weekend. His new bed arrives tomorrow! Here's the artist at hard at work:)
Watching his mum and dad gobble down coffee and tea all day long has made Noah want a fix of his own...hot cocoa which he likes to call hot cocoa coffee. It's important that "coffee" be added to the end because it's a more sophisticated and grown up thing to drink. The things out of this kids mouth daily just light up my life. I don't know where he comes up with this stuff :)
Cool picture. My obsession with every photo program ever invented continues and I've also thrown in some digital scrapbooking programs into the mix as if I don'thave enough obsessions as it is lol! I LOVE LOVE LOVE my camera which also helps and eventually I hope to get a big girl camera (professional sweet piece of photo machinery but big girl camera is funner to say!)
More vintage finds. Aren't these just so glamorous? What do you do when you find just one beautifully beaded vintage shoe clip? Throw it away...NO WAY!! You make a pin out of it!
More vintage glam...I haven't decided whether to keep them as is or if I should turn them into rings (see below)Wouldn't they make a fabulous ring? I just don't know if I can do it though because they are perfect in every way. If they happen to be a lonesome single I usually adopt them and repurpose them into rings or pins but being that these are perfect I may have to just keep them that way. Let me know what you think I should do? And be sure to keep an eye out on my new shop and business adventure of all things vintage. Visit My Fred and Ginger our new Etsy shop! That's where a lot of the Flea Market finds I'll be show n telling here on my blog will end up. We've been up and running for a little over a month now and we are totally rockin' right along. It's a great feeling and a super fun thing to be able to share my love for all things vintage. Have a great weekend!~M
