Show & Tell!

Here are some pics to see, the ones at the actual shower are coming soon but in the mean time here are some of one of the many occassions we got together down in my parent's basement to work on stuff for our shower, we'd order pizza and lot's of snacks and have a blast chattering while we worked there is my grandma, mom, Carrie C., my cousin's Joanne, Cassie & Sarah and I think my sister Joanne, dad and my cousin Eric got cut out or dodged the camera but they were there also helping out putting all the centerpieces and giveaway's together it was a lot of fun and they turned out gorgeous! Also pics of the baby's room, crib & changing dresser a gift to us from my parents and in laws as well as wall decorations, bedding, lamp, toys and a HUGE heap of clothes that so far is flowing over into 3 laundry baskets full and I"m still pulling more out of bags and off hangers! Extremely generous and we are seriously in awe of how spoiled and loved Noah is already lol! Also included in our shower invites I made these cute little bookmarks with a little saying that basically says instead of buying a card buy a childrens book and inscribe it to Noah to add to his library because we are huge readers and hope he enjoys reading as much as we do too and everyone brought so many books!!! His library is well on it's way to outgrowing ours! So we need to get him a nice bookcase for all his treasures :) We also had a really cute Caterpillar Cake made for the shower just for looks and for us to pig out on when we got home so I've included a pic of the cake but it's kinda hard to see it well and also a picture of me holding the cake since you can see the cake better. Our 6 year wedding anniversary was on the same day as the shower and DH Joe suprised me with a really gorgeous white gold brushed and polished link hugs and kisses style necklace! I love it and was pleasantly suprised to say the least you can kinda see it in the pic. We have a had a super busy and extremely fun time as you can see and I'll get some pics of the actual shower up as soon as I get them. So now you have a full explaination for my slacking off the past couple of weeks I hope you enjoy the pics! I'll try to get on again later for a beady chat, there's lot's of new styles coming soon!
